About the Role
ENEN Green is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Expert to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sustainability disclosures and sustainability initiatives of our clients which has been detailed out in the job description below.
1. Manage the sustainability disclosures and sustainability initiatives of our clients
2. Lead the annual ESG Report preparation including information and data gathering, content development and external assurance aligned with various standards such as GRI, SASB, BRSR, CDP, etc
3. Conduct periodic ESG screening/due diligence of our clients' business and advice on improvement of their ESG performance
4. Conduct materiality assessments, peer benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, gap analysis for our clients in accordance with ESG reporting standards
5. Oversee the collection and analysis of data from relevant internal stakeholders on behalf of our clients
6. Support in developing sustainability policies, processes, strategies for our clients to implement the strategies at the corporate level
7. Oversee the design of the Sustainability Reports to have maximum impact
8. Engage with internal stakeholders and present regular sustainability updates and conduct sustainability assessments.
9. Collaborates, supports, and shares knowledge with team members to ensure ESG team priorities are achieved.
10. Develop communication to further the sustainability narrative of the organization
Requirements
Experience
5+ years of proven experience of ESG/Sustainability Reporting
Extensive understanding of Sustainability standards such as GRI, SASB, BRSR, CDP etc
Hands on experience in Sustainability Audits, Lifecycle Assessment, Materiality Assessment and Stakeholder Engagement
Experience of Climate Risk Assessment and Mitigation
Well versed with automated workflows, softwares and tools for sustainability
Excellent time management, risk management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead a team
Education
Masters in Sustainability or relevant fields
GRI Certification
ISO 14064 Certification
Other relevant certifications are added bonus
