Cancellation and Refund Policy

ENEN Green Services PVT LTD (ENEN Green) is dedicated to providing high- quality professional training in the areas of Carbon Market and Sustainability. We understand that circumstances may arise where participants need to cancel their enrollment or request a refund. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the

procedures and guidelines for cancellations and refunds associated with our training courses.

 

1. Cancellation Policy:

1.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer support team at trainings@enengspl.com at least 15 days before the scheduled start date of the course.

1.2. ENEN Green reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unavoidable reasons. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be provided.

 

1.3. Cancellations made after the specified deadline or failure to attend the course without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the entire course fee.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1. Refund requests for cancellations made within the stipulated timeframe will be processed as follows: - If payment was made via credit/debit card or online payment gateway, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. - If payment was made via bank transfer or any other offline method, participants will be required to provide necessary details for refund processing, and refunds will be issued within 15 business days of receiving the required information.

2.2. Refunds will be processed for the amount paid after deducting any applicable transaction fees or administrative charges.

2.3. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made after the specified deadline or for participants who fail to attend the course without prior notification.

2.4. In cases where a course is cancelled by ENEN Green, participants will be offered the option to receive a full refund or transfer their enrollment to a future course offering.

 

3. Course Rescheduling:

3.1. Participants may request to reschedule their course enrollment to a later date, subject to availability and approval by ENEN Green.

3.2. Requests for rescheduling must be submitted in writing via email to our customer support team at trainings@enengspl.com at least 15 days before the scheduled start date of the course.

 

3.3. ENEN Green reserves the right to decline rescheduling requests based on availability and other relevant factors.

 

4. Modification of Policy:

4.1. ENEN Green reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

 

4.2. It is the responsibility of participants to review this policy periodically for any updates or changes. By enrolling in our training courses, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
