About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate sales leads, make calls, and assist in marketing our services. This position is open to freshers who possess excellent communication skills, lead generation capabilities, and data mining expertise. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and promoting our environmental solutions.
1. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate sales leads through various channels such as online research, cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
2. Prospective calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospects, engage in effective communication, and articulate the value proposition of our services to generate interest and secure new business opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide timely solutions.
4. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies, to promote our services effectively.
5. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and provide input for strategic planning.
6. Data Mining: Utilize various databases, online platforms, and tools to gather relevant contact information and create a database of potential leads for targeted marketing campaigns.
7. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead generation efforts, and progress towards targets to track performance and provide insights for decision-making.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Sales and Lead Generation Skills: Proven ability to identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients. Familiarity with sales techniques and lead generation strategies is preferred.
Data Mining: Proficiency in using various tools, databases, and online platforms to gather data and create targeted marketing lists.
Self-motivation: Strong self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Environmental Knowledge: Basic understanding of sustainability, climate change, carbon markets, and related environmental topics is desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
